💌 Our Story

OCD can be deeply isolating. For so many of us, there are moments when it feels like no one else could possibly understand what we’re carrying. I know this because I’ve lived it too.

I’m Megan Spencer, a therapist (Resident in Counseling) and a human in the OCD community. I created Touch Basebecause connection is what I needed most — a reminder that we don’t have to go through this alone.

In a world that moves fast and lives online, Touch Base is intentionally slow.
We connect through handwritten letters — words you can hold, reflections you can return to.

Each month, members are invited to write and receive a letter through our exchange system. These letters become invisible roots, grounding us in community and reminding us that even when OCD feels heavy, none of us have to carry it alone.
